If the oil circuit of the air compressor is blocked, the air compressor will not work properly. The air compressor needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure the normal operation of our air compressor.

The newly installed oil system must be carefully cleaned to remove oil, iron filings, welding slag, oxides, dust and other impurities entrained in the pipeline and its accessories to ensure that the oil circuit is smooth, the adjustment mechanism operates accurately and sensitively, and the unit operates. Secondly, after each deep maintenance of the machine, the oil system should also be cleaned.

Let the screw air compressor lubricating oil enter the oil pipe, oil return pipe, bearing box, and sealed oil chamber, instead of the speed regulator, trip valve, and automatic regulating valve; at the same time, remove the upper tile and seal of the bearing tile, leaving the lower tile. To make the rotor supported in the cylinder, you can also use oil to clean the false tiles instead of the lower tiles. Some automatic regulating valves cannot pass oil, and a manual bypass valve can be used to connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes. For speed regulators, trip valves, etc. without bypass, temporary piping needs to be connected. The number of seals to be removed depends on the specific structure, but make sure that oil does not enter the cylinder.

Some factories divide this stage of work into two steps, namely cleaning all oil pipes, passing oil into the bearing box and sealing the oil chamber. After cleaning with oil for 8 to 12 hours each time, remove the core of each filter for inspection, and compare and collect the filter residue. Then clean it until it meets the requirements. There are no unified regulations on the specific standards for oil cleaning quality inspection. Generally speaking, at this stage, each oil inlet filter cannot see the filter with the naked eye, or there are only individual small filters. In the temporary filter of the filter, the impurities per square centimeter are below 2 to 4 points. . Install all bearings, seals, etc. as required for normal operation, allowing oil to pass through all components.

The filter also uses a regular filter, the screw air compressor lubricating oil and control oil pressure are controlled under normal working pressure, and the sealing oil reaches the required oil pressure difference. If the filter element and each oil inlet filter screen make the filter residue invisible to the naked eye, the chemical analysis result of the oil in the tank will be no acid, no water, and no dust.
