The air filter is damaged or unsuitable for the environment. Replace the damaged air filter core. If it is not suitable for the use environment, you can choose a heavy-duty air filter or guide the suction air of the air compressor to a place with clean air.

1.Air compressor oil filter failure. Replace the oil filter element and use an oil filter.The oil-gas separator core is damaged or inappropriate. Replace the separator core and use an oil-gas separator core.

2.The lubricating air compressor oil has deteriorated. Use original air compressor lubricant.Operate under conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, or high pressure. Run air compressor accessories at rated oil-gas separator pressure and oil temperature to speed up the replacement cycle of lubricating air compressor oil or filters.

3.The lubricating air compressor oil is contaminated. When replacing the air compressor oil, you need to inspect and maintain the air compressor according to the daily maintenance chart.Different grades or different types of lubricating air compressor oil are mixed. Do not mix different grades and models of lubricating air compressor oils, and do not use lubricating air compressor oils from different manufacturers.
