Product Features
1.The oil free screw blower uses a unique labyrinth seal and spiral seal are used to ensure that exhaust oil-free air reaches zero level.
2. Special lubrication and oil drainage channels ensure that bearings and gears are fully cooled and lubricated, and improve compression efficiency at same time.
3.Precision transmission gear and synchronous gear meeting international standard level 5 are adopted to ensure stable operation and longer service life.
4.The working principle of internal compression makes the exhaust air pressure close to the pressure of pipeline network, and the exhaust is smooth, which significantly reduces the machine vibration and noise. Comparing with Roots blower, the noise can be reduced by about 30 dB (A).
